Please contact your insurance company prior to receiving services from Dr. Rothenberg to confirm whether your plan is in-network or out-of-network. Each plan is different and some provide levels of coverage that could still result in out-of-pocket costs.  Dr. Rothenberg is dedicated to providing as much information as possible regarding out-of-network bills in order to prevent billing disputes.
